The second batch will not be used in the stat that it is in. There are some changes being made to help decrease the file upload size. (WINK WINK, another beta test will more than likely be needed before the application goes production). That extra batch of 115, had some of the important work units from the second batch that needed to be tested. Sekerob, I have no plans to push out another copy. The system will handle appropriately. There are about 280 results still out in the wild. If they go MIA, then additional copies will be sent. -Uplinger |

Got a repair job for WU BETA_A.35.C32H18S2Se.1.0. It's interesting because four jobs terminated with error 195 and the
message 'Application exited with RC = 0x100' for job 12 while the only job with PV was stopped by the 8 hour limit within job 11 before the error could occur. So either my computer (or any other resend) is slow enough for being stopped before the error strikes, then it can validate and all other jobs count as errors, or it is too fast and errors out as well... |

hello,
i dont have received beta WU since 2 day. But it look like beta test is not finished, and 3 first day i have received lot of WU. ( bronze badge , wouwou) They is a special reason ? less WU but longer ?? |

Job finished and validated by grace of the 8 hour limitation. My WU even started job 12 but reached only the third quirk (scfman) before it was killed by the time restriction. All WUs with error reached one more quirk (anlman) before the application exited... In beta test all error WUs got their claimed credit, but how will it be in production? There are two WUs which validate and four WUs with error state although they did the same work (even more). Comparing the valid WUs with the corresponding part of the error WUs should be successful, but is the validator able to handle this situation and grant full credit to the error WUs? I had 7 of the -131 errors, and as best I can tell, did not get credit for any of them.
I had a couple that went way overdue (like, by a couple days - had to tear apart a machine and put new Corning 340 paste between the CPU and heatsink... should've done it when I bought it used, I know) but I let them finish even though the Messages were advising me to abort them, and it looks like I DID get credit for those, anyway. |
