Re: Not sure how much longer they will be able to keep crunching in the UK

The March result is in and the average temperature from 2438 NOAA Weather Stations around the Globe was 7.879C

The warmest since 2012 (March turns out to be the most unpredictable and dynamic month of the year)

The average temperature April 2014 through to the end of March 2015 was 12.635C

Here's another forum friendly sized graph that updates hourly

The graphs above are (at this moment in time) the result of 92,391,865 individual temperature measurements taken around the Globe from (the same set of) NOAA Weather Stations since the beginning of 2011 cool

All in my database that I definitely won't lose smile

That Spring (in the NH) has turned up smile

Re: Not sure how much longer they will be able to keep crunching in the UK

may be this is related:
Shrinking of Antarctic ice shelves is accelerating

"A new study shows that not only has Antarctica’s ice shelf volume gone down, but losses have accelerated over the past decade."

At first i thought Artic was the only one to melt down and Antartica to expand? Wonder myself?
