sorry, you grabbed the old one. The RSS subscription link has an additional column with TFL per project.

Now are all charts up to date. I will try to pay attention to the picasa page and update them as often as possible.

I'm thinking of adding a comment column to the Quick look, inserting brief pointers on special project conditions. E.g.
----------------------------------------No New Work Low Weight (Heavy Resource) Supply Chain bottleneck Project phase winding up. and similar. For sure the instant 'addiction' and misinterpretation of this or that on supply and expected end dates has had some 'in-flu-encing unwantingly" effect. -Uplinger said CEP ending this year and since then the rate of 'work available, but not for your platform' messages has increased substantially. The PV days per task too, meaning some serious buffering is happening.

Uplinger said CEP ending this year and since then the rate of 'work available, but not for your platform' messages has increased substantially. The PV days per task too, meaning some serious buffering is happening. Yes, although Uplinger had good intentions over the announcement of CEP1 ending soon, perhaps, in hindsight (and with the experience of DDD-T1 and the new badges), it was perhaps a tad too soon... After all, those who are serious Badge Hunters, should pay more attention to the estimated project completion date which is shown on your pie chart. His announcement, certainly made me sit up and grab a bigger buffer of CEP WU's than I would normally have - just to guarantee that I reach Gold... ![]() |

The 25 or so charts have been receiving many views which is pleasing, but off late external sites have been linking in and doing perpetual "refresh chart" requests. That creates bandwidth use and whilst that was always in the 8-10Gb monthly with 35 to 40 thousand views, now it's getting crazy and 21Gb was used as of 18th per a mail warning that the account is close to hitting 25Gb. For instance the host stats show the CEP crunching chart had 11,000 views in the first 18 days of June, where the thread this one is included in had 'only' 1,705 visits in 6 months. As first measure from my side, I'm shrinking the images, of course at the price of loss in resolution, but unless those who with direct links into their own websites that keep refreshing the call and instead start caching a copy on their own site, the Supplemental Charts images will soon turn dark with a message. It will then reset on July 1. Maybe another item to make a chart for ;>) thanks for reading (in case you wonder why it got pitch black ;-) First, thanks for all the work on the charts. I have an idea from my day job... Has anyone looked into enabling gzip encoding for the web server? Yes, it would only impact the text portion of the pages, but every little bit helps. Modern web servers only serve compressed pages to clients that can handle the compression so compatibility is not an issue. JPG format might be a better choice size wise for the charts. I prefer PNG, but jpg tends to gives better sizes at a cost of quality. Just a couple of ideas, anyone else got any ideas? Crowdsource FTW! |

Sekerob I have checked the picasa site and your chart post, and your chart post contains newer pictures then the picasa site. Is there a possibility that you could email me the pictures when you have updated them, and I will pulish them on the site?
