I just joined! The only thing I need help with is getting a nice counter in my SIG like Dataman! Welcome to the team!!! Glad to see you posting here. Keep it up I need to review the list of stat boxes I have set up and get that current. This is the stat box you see in my sig. Those are WCG only but it's another option you'll have. I hope to get those caught up next week after I finish getting laid off at work.EDIT: Oh, and if I found the right information at BOINCStats.com on you, MOT also exists at the three other projects that you've crunched at so don't forget to join us there too! ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by keithhenry at Apr 21, 2009 10:18:24 PM] |

Hey gang! What do you use/recommend for a disk defrag utility? My Lenovo's have something that's mediocre from Diskkeeper and I'm looking for something better.

Assuming Windows: start>Programs>Accessories>Systems Tools> Disk Defragmenter is what I use. I also run Microsoft OneCare which I use to schedule it once a week.

Odd thing is after checking properties, my work laptop runs the standard Window defrag, my Lenovo's at home run Diskeeper and it replaced the Windows one it seems as they all get invoked the same way, same file. |

I've looked around and found Smart Defrag too. Seems well thought of and the price is right too! Still reserving judgement though. |
