Re: Re:Edwardians

Evening all

After some early rain it's been mild although overcast. So, it was a pleasant walk to the supermarket with only my debit card suffering.

At the moment it's also looking promising for my proposed visit to Lord's on Sunday. Why do we 'keep our fingers crossed'?

Re: Re:Edwardians

No, the company I worked for was EDS (Electronic Data Systems Ltd.), but always known as EDS. (And as you are probably aware they are also based in Camberley although they have offices all over a very wide area in UK.) Cor, they were the days! I also live in Camberley, and I don't think I am imagining it, but your brother-in-laws's name seems familiar to me. I wonder if our paths have crossed?

Re: Re:Edwardians

When you get up early as you do and one hour earlier were it my time, Scribe,
you sense that the dark half of the year is sneaking up on us ...

Good Morning!
Grey, calm, dry except for all the dew typical for the season ...
well, it's plain wet and waterlogged.
Soggy if you like ...
