FYI....the quad is out of the box and up and crunching. Took all of about an hour to hour and fifteen minutes, including adding the wireless adapter and connecting to the router.

Does it look like TigerDirect is renaming itself The all new CompUSA.com, or is it just me? I think they did buy CompUSA including the name.

Does it look like TigerDirect is renaming itself The all new CompUSA.com, or is it just me? I think they did buy CompUSA including the name. Yes, they did that back in January. here I can't find any thing that they are going to rebrand under CompUSA name. ??? Maybe tomorrow's breaking news? I noticed some common web pages today and got an e-mail to confirm my registration for the 100 PC givaway from CompUSA even though I registered from a TigerDirect page. Enough work on the new quad for one night.
----------------------------------------One last note - I really would appreciate it if someone could step up and be willing to take about 30 seconds each day from this Saturday thru the next to do a simple copy and paste of the team data. I really don't want to have to debate shutting down a laptop and taking it with me just for a minute's worth of connectivity, especially on a vacation. |
