MM, you and i both. my front room looks like a very geeky girl lives here. 6 cases, 8 monitors, and card after card just.... everywhere. Its clean, nicely ordered but everywhere. EVERYWHERE!
----------------------------------------most of it doesnt work or is in some state of build up or test, but i have put together 7 machines out of what i had in the first place. I had 8 but after i noticed that the low end machines would cost me more to run than if i saved the money on power and bought a current upgrade. so i cut anything lower than 500mhz and rebuilt with parts i had collected. And in doing so, almost doubled my normal output without shooting my powerbill sky high. But this is me and i live where power is not cheap. I have computers, cases, periphiels & parts boxes everywhere. Stacked almost to the ceiling...lol I only have 48 machines crunching, but they look pretty steady on results. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

MM you had much more crunching for grorg, what happened to those PCs? I got rid of them when I closed my office in October, 2005. At one point I had upwards of 26 machines running at once, not counting all the customer machines that were being burned in. Some of the machines are sitting in my parents garage waiting on me moving back into my house, I think there are 3 or 4 more just waiting. |

ACK! My main machine has thought it was a month ago. So was waiting to transmit for the past 2 days. I fixed it but lets see if it coughs up a few results from the buffer. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
