How useful is the HT in the Core i7? Does it run 8 threads of WCG significantly faster than 4?

How useful is the HT in the Core i7? Does it run 8 threads of WCG significantly faster than 4? Yes it runs 8 jobs at once. The HT is more efficient than the old P4 HT. |

How useful is the HT in the Core i7? Does it run 8 threads of WCG significantly faster than 4? Here is my I7 965. As you can see it puts out a lot of points. One of the two I7 920s is mine, and it looks like they have the second higest avarage time. They both run 8 tasks 24x7. The I7 965 is also running Seti under CUDA, so that hurts its average a little bit.
