Re: Minnesota Crunchers

Dentist is never a pleasant visit. Have to have a wisdom tooth remove in a couple weeks. Novocain doesn't do much for me either. Would have thought by now something better would have been invented to replace it.

Yes they have, just ask I.V. sedation...
Took it last time and wake up twice begging more stuff....

First they gave me liquid valium and then this baby, which is x15 stronger than morphine...
Lights out....

All I can remember that I wake up couple of times to beg more stuff.... Was whispering something like "turn that opiate faucet on"....
Somehow very embarrassing have to admit....

S*it, it is öbaut year from my last visit....
Have to book new trip.... Inspection time I mean.....

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

That's stuff is Definately the good stuff. It costs about twice as much to get put under for tooth removal than for just Novocain. At least around here anyway.

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

Here it cost something like hundred €uros extra...
Total bill was something like five hundred so did not make really any difference...
There was change of two fillings and some stone picking on my menu....

Just wondering how often that stone can be dig up, I mean would they ban me if would be there something like once month or something.
Ou yes, I'm the one who suppose to have spine and everything tongue

Apropoo,
when my dentist want to change those two fillings and I ask is it possible to get those old time mercury filling that last nuclear war....
She did have expression like I would ask bj or something.....
Then some mutter about that it is not possible anyway, she would need to have special license to import that stuff jaadi jaadi jaa....
Well, know not to ask again....

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

Last year I was told I had to have a filling replaced. By my estimate it was about 45 years old. So I guess I got my use out of that one. My dentist was very fast. I got the novocaine, waited about 5 minutes for it to take effect, the dentist came back in, drilled a little bit and replaced the filling in under 5 minutes. The dental assistant mixed and had everything ready in an assembly line fashion. You could tell they had this procedure down cold. I barely had time to get "comfortable" in the chair. I guess time is money for them.So far so good.

Just got my other e5410 and the proper heatsink. I will get it in some time this weekend. We will see how it works.

That is actually halfway of those....

Apropoo,
there is some odd phenomenal oncoming with local metro....
All these years Espoo (west side) has manage to prevent expanding it outside Helsinki (crappy side), but now they have surrendered...

On the another hand, there is not any of those high density zones on Espoo, like there is on Helsinki.
So on Espoo side there will be only short (four car) metro stations... While on crappy side all stations are longer (six car) stations....

Well, depots are on both edges on oncoming new line (shape on letter I), so they cannot change trains between line and there is no way to use long trains any more, no matter how full even those longer trains are on most eastern parts of crappy side on rush hours....

Last insult from Westside devilish
