I never lost power. Had a wind gust of 70mph (115kph)come through but no damage. From the way it rained last night I thought we would have multiple inches of rain, but the gauge only said 1 inch(2.54cm). Still it is plenty wet. that would make over 8 inches(12.3cm) this month which is way above normal. Right now it is 70F(21C), shaping up to be nice day.

Cheers

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

I think channel 5 was saying we are still low for the year (total). This was a couple weeks ago. Would think by now we would be ahead. Aquafers should be full by now.
Been trying to get out fishing but haven't heard of any good fishing from folks. Between the goofy weather and the torrential down pores, think the fish are freaking out. Need to go catch a big mouth bass to get started. My favorite fish to catch.

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

I had an interesting day on Monday. My son turned on his ps3 (fat boy model) and he got the yellow light of death (YLOD).
So I googled it and found out the 90% of the time the problem is that the solder has seperated somewhere from the GPU or the Cell Processor.
This 3 part video fixed the issue.
My son had to buy a heat-gun , 23 buck at home depot and some high grade thermal grease, 22 bucks.
After tearing the whole thing apart and heating the gpu and cpu to 200+ degrees to reseat the solder and puting it all back together...believe it or not, it worked!

They say every fat boy ps3 will die within 4 or 5 years because of this. frustrated

Good for you and your son. It was probably planned obsolescence by the the engineering staff under pressure from the marketing department so everyone will have buy a new machine. they all think we are made out of money.

3 hours in the chair. Problems removing the old crowns. Novocaine wore off half way through just like I knew it would. Some times I think dentures would not be so bad.

Hey I sympathize with dentist thing. No matter what they do it always seems painful. Nice typo though. "read-heads" I thought maybe you were alluding to your intellectual prowess being the cause of your abnormal pain response. laughing

Cheers
