Re: Minnesota Crunchers

I have open GL drivers, not CL. Version 4.0. Going to head over to AMD site and ubuntu site to see what I can find out. Thanks for the help.
BTW, gearing up for the surgery. Should find out this week when pre op is and the date for the surgery. 3 discs to get fused. Just hope I can get back in shape for the fishing opener.

Good luck on the surgery! peace

OpenCL is the Cuda equivalent. In fact I have read somewhere that OpenCL could replace Cuda in the very near future. confused

Yes, very good luck on the surgery, Bearcat! Keep us posted.

If I understand right, OpenCL is open source and is more generic than CUDA -- can run on both Nvidia and ATI cards. I would love to see it become the norm for GPU computing.

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

Thanks team. The wait stinks. Want to get this over with and get the rehab done in time for fishing season. Worst part is have to find a desk job or something with little lifting. Will be interesting.

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

I think wind is turning once again here....

I get some signals from banks that are specialized to grant loans via credit cards and consumer loans.

Credit card bank start buy month ago short money with awesome price.

Consumer loan bank just start dumping their short buying edge, pushing interest offers ridiculous low.
They sure do buy money, but reasonable interest level start from 24 month and up....
They try to get as much as possible cheap money as far as they can..

These signals are so clear again... So very clear..
