@TigerLily
----------------------------------------Why do they need to change the device setup system, instead of just fixing it, when it worked perfectly well, before this latest short(ish outage? [Edit 2 times, last edit by Grumpy Swede at Sep 28, 2023 8:37:00 PM] |

@TigerLily I wonder... Pick one of the following [software-related] alternatives...Why do they need to change the device setup system, instead of just fixing it, when it worked perfectly well, before this latest short(ish outage? Change -> replace, update, modify, repair, patch. There may be others, though I don't think upgrade would apply in this context! English isn't very good for clarity if one chooses brevity, is it? :-) Cheers - Al. [Edit 2 times, last edit by alanb1951 at Sep 29, 2023 5:49:38 AM] |

I see we have some new OPNG tasks that have the same problem we saw a couple of months ago -- "Error: no grid for ligand atom type ATOM!" -- and it would appear to be for the same reason :-(
User Freewill pointed out the problem in the latest News Update thread, hoping to catch TigerLily's eye before the weekend, I guess, and I've posted a diagnostic there... Cheers - Al. |

Why do they need to change the device setup system, instead of just fixing it, when it worked perfectly well, before this latest short(ish outage? The device setup is being changed in an attempt to address this issue as well as the ongoing devices real-time update problem. |

I'm loving all the WUs ! I feel like we need to acknowledge the times when this system is working well.

How is the flow of WUs?? some threads seem to imply a slow down in the flow.
