WCG is sending out a good flow of MCM WUs. It isn't enough for everyone in the community to have a steady flow. The results continue to grow, and it hasn't slowed down my access of the db much. I'm very impressed.

I find I have to do a manual request (update) every now and then to get the WUs flowing again, and even then I don't get a WU every time I request (with need).

I'm anticipating the ARP WUs, and hopeful that the system will handle them better than before. I want to open this "gift" early.

I'm getting the dreaded message
"Wed Nov 22 | World Community Grid | Tasks are committed to other platforms"

The stats say 1 million results are returned daily, and that MCM is going out at a good clip, but I've got nothing. I see that many of you on the board say the same thing.

I'm not sure why they don't up the MCM output. There is probably a machine limit. There is also the worry of the result list not being cleared.

I was only getting Linux WUs yesterday but when i got up this morning I was receiving some Windows WUs too.

Kudos to the tech team !! The results db must be huge at this point for MCM. It is still responsive and not slow at all. I was worried that it would grind to a halt, and now I'm curious if it will grind to a halt.

MCM is going out at a good rate, but it isn't enough for all of us, so there can be personal periodic dry spells.

Good to see how strong this community is. After all the ups and downs that WCG has had, and a few vocal rage quitters, there is still more available volunteer computer time than WUs. It is a good point to mention to any new possible projects.

I'm running a backup project (resource=0%) with the occasional MCM while I await my ARP. If you check the links in the first post, you can find other Boinc projects if you need a backup project.

very correct. MCM WUs have stopped. I see that the tech team has been notified. time for the backup projects. Hopefully the solution will be found soon. I wonder if it has something to do with the MCM results db not being cleared.

If you look at projects you can see over 1 million results returned yesterday. All I can guess is that many people have a big cache. The cache limit is 10 days.

I'm not getting any MCM and haven't for at least a day. Are resends going out? or is it all stopped?
Is OPNG still going out??
