Bit of a novice question, but is there a log file on a Windows machine that shows what has been processed? I don't think BOINC keeps record of completed work units but there are third party programs like BoincTasks that monitor progress and keep records for you. https://efmer.com/boinctasks/ Thanks LumenDan.. |

Sorry, another question. I have a server that ahs just received work units. ITs set to use 100% of the CPUs and 100% of the CPU time but its only using 5% of CPU in the task manager. Am I missing something here so is this a lack of understanding of hoe it works? I would expect WCG to be using as much CPU as it can get its hands on..

I would expect WCG to be using as much CPU as it can get its hands on.. WCG is still in test mode and downloads are limited. My computer, ten cores and twenty threads, downloaded 40 tasks this morning, but had not gotten more than ten tasks at a time previously. |

Hi Hans,
there are none at the moment. WCG is only issuing occasional test wus at the moment, mainly OPN and some ARP. During the past few days there were none at all. |

Hi !
Thanks for the answer, I'm fully aware this is a testing phase and I have got some wu's for OPN1, MCM and several ARP1. Nobody has seen OPNG because of a server issue, but have not read nothing about availability of Help Stop TB! Hans Sveen |

No info on TB. I haven't seen a TB WU and haven't seen anyone mention it yet. Could be that they are working on other issues and haven't gotten to it yet. It is a smaller project, so it might be the last one to test.

Except for one of my systems that had connection issues with my LAN, wu’s appear to be flowing smoothly during this section of wcg’s testing.
Most current wu’s are ARP1 and some OPN1, (no GPU yet - issue has been addressed elsewhere). Things appear to be looking up! Thanks! |

@swfc3045
----------------------------------------One work unit on a 20 thread processor would use 5% of the system. Each work unit is single threaded.
Thanks!
