That's sorta what I said. But, I'm not a big believer in coincidences. I do also believe in some vaccinations (just not this one for the time being).

I also think we each must make a choice we can live with. Life is all about choices.

I just scheduled my vaccine for the 19th. Because of my age, it only became possible about an hour ago. If I could choose, I would like to get Moderna or AstraZeneca but I'll likely get Pfizer since that's the most common, which is absolutely fine.

I'll continue wearing a mask and taking other preventive measures. Even if health authorities were to say that it was no longer necessary, I'd still like to keep those at least until the end of the year and then we'll see how things are.

Well Canada has stepped it up,
won gold in the vaccine Olympics it seems.
66% of Eligible Canadians are fully vaccinated (12 yo +)
80% 1 dose (again 12+)
I'm hoping we can get to 80% fully vaxd.
Now we just have to get the rest of the world some serious doses.
I've been out to a restaurant a couple times, seems weird no masks.
Think I'll keep doing takeout. Oh yeah went to a movie theatre, near
empty but then it wasn't a new release.
Strange world, and sadly, I don't believe this is anywhere near over.
