getting one or two every now and then. there are just not many put out. either you are lucky and your client asks the moment they are put up or you're not.

Yes, it has already been stated many times you have to do extra work to get these WUs. Look at the other/older topics for info on what and how to do this. I need 6 CPU days for achieving 2 years, although I selected HSTB since the beginning. Fetching WUs for this project is as difficult as to win by playing lotto ! ...

Nevertheless some weeks, some WUs are available, and the rest of the time none Cheers, Yves --- PS: At the other side, I don't understand why so many members fetch WUs without sending them back on time (10 days). More or less, 25% to 30% of the HSTB WUs my machines compute need a resend after 10 days because the wingman did not sent the result on time. It is very strange  |

Sounds like they don't understand that not all PCs can run these WUs.

I got one of these WUs yesterday! It is the first one in months.
I am now about 17 hours away from my gold lungs. So two more WUs need to come my way. Maybe by 2022? :) |

I've seen three WUs in over a year of crunching. They inevitably landed on laptops that had just barely enough horsepower to crunch them, but they were successfully crunched.
There ought to be a "iron" badge for getting just one of these work units.  |
