Just a thought. We are now in Generation 002. 000 started with no unit number spread to speak of. I now have 002 units with a spread of 20,000.
Extrapolating, that means we could have a spread of 40,000 by generation 004 so could be crunching 3 different generations by then. Useless information but some people like trivia! Mike |

Today my favored machine got 10 WU over 3 hrs in three bursts. The largest number of WUs/ machine at one time. Two were resends. Need to check project stats to see if they are ramping up a wave of work.

Over 2600 yesterday, so we are seeing an increase in the flow.

Over 2600 yesterday, so we are seeing an increase in the flow. Mike Mike I was gobsmacked when I saw 10 WU ready for download... It takes hrs to download them on a tethered phone at the end of the month (600KB/SEC). I had plenty of MIP to continue crunching only off line for a hour waiting for something to crunch,, If this keeps up I may get to Emerald in a month. ![]() ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by dcs1955 at Feb 2, 2020 5:02:22 AM] |

I just got 6 more on the machine that has been crunching 10 WU. My three other slower machines have gotten nothing.

They are still issuing much less than 1% of the numbers for mcm & mip, so each machine needs to update frequently to get units.

This morning's results were barely up on yesterday's (just over 3,000) so I suspect the flow hasn't yet been turned up to 4,000 per day.

I bet it's close. I've never had pretty much all cores on all machines busy with ARP1 work let alone have enough for 1-2 days' worth without running dry. So on a 4-core machine, it easily had 12 WUs and stayed well fed. I bet the slow ramp-up is because Pending Validation takes longer to ramp up.
----------------------------------------I hope the other two climate projects are able to start out like this.
