This really makes me laugh. This project, like all WCG projects, is trying to improve something: our health, our earth, our lifestyle, etc. When I read the previous lines where the purpose of the project is brought into question or insinuations that the company sponsoring the project may have other nefarious intentions, it really makes me laugh at how silly that sounds. If we have suggestions to make to improve the project, then lets make those suggestions in a mature and proper way. If we have questions about the project, then lets make those questions in a mature and proper way. I'm sure everybody on the project, techs, admins and crunchers will be open to these suggestions and questions. If anybody feels that this project is not their cup of tea, then you can crunch other projects of your liking or not crunch at all. Just a side note, I prefer medical/biological projects over earth ones, but that is just me

With all due respect to ARP, which is a very worthwhile project, I am really waiting for the one that studies the effect of aerosols in the atmosphere. They cause both warming and cooling, depending on various parameters. If you can understand that, you might be able to control it, or at least predict the climate better.
But I am willing to accept bumps in the road for any of these. They are all a rush project, or should be. We don't have the luxury of time on our side. |

All recent units received have been 002s but I still have an 001 in PV status which is due to have its counterpart returned within 3 hours.

Probably a question for Uplinger... Is there cross project coupling of which computers get HSTB and ARP? My computer that gets ARP resends also has been graced to get approximately the same number of HSTB. I am a happy camper since I think HSTB is probably the most "Worthy" project we are crunching. After Alzheimers probably one of the most diabolical illnesses.
