Just had a quick monthly call with Anna Croft, the principal investigator for the project.

1. There are 45 batches of work units currently in process. No issues with the work units/data on our end or on the researchers' end.
2. She's working on a bio for their new team member along with a project update.
3. She's looking for local opportunities (in the UK) to publicize the project.

Well, for whatever 'short', got 8 in one burst on 1 machine yesterday when already having 4 from 2 days before that. Since only doing 1 at a time, this is going to be a battle to finish them all before deadline, but I'm game.

We had our monthly call with the research team today.

1. They're still building work units and sending/receiving them from their newly established home virtual labs.
2. We had a quick discussion of two work units that failed multiple times on the grid. We flagged them and sent them back to the researchers to investigate.
3. They're still looking for students and additional team members, although that is even more difficult now due to the global pandemic.
4. They had planned to attend a conference in August which has been cancelled and is not being held virtually. They're looking for online opportunities to publicize the project.
5. Their new team member is still on the project (but not on today's call). They have created a short project update for us, but are looking it over to see if it needs any changes in light of the changing situation at their university and in the UK due to COVID-19.

1. They're continuing to build, send, and receive work units smoothly from their homes.
2. We have a short project update from them that we're adding a bit of information to, which we expect to publish next week.
3. Their new team member is going to be staying with the HSTB project. Given the COVID-19 situation, it's unlikely that they'll be able to recruit anyone else for the time being.
