I'd just like to second Mark's post -- tricky, fun, solved and I know what the extra letter should be (and why!) I'm a bit late with my thanks because once I'd solved it I headed off for some sleep and woke up 12 hours later! -- I think there might be some cause and effect there :-) Once again, I found it easier to work on it once I'd picked a digit for each letter -- part of that is (I suspect) because I have some problems with combinations of letters that don't make words!!! Despite which, I still had to start again twice because one of my "certainties" wasn't (because I'd incorrectly noted the "pencil marks" for possible values) But I got there in the end, and that's what makes it fun... This weekend's puzzle was a Letter Sudoku X with a magic word.
SOLUTION
