FWIW my tasks are showing a 4 day deadline, not 2 day as stated in your announcement post.

Nanoprobe,
Thanks, you are correct. I did all the math to change it in the database manually, but must not have pressed enter. Anyways, since they are in progress I will keep them at the 4 day deadline. I'm assuming you did not have any issues downloading the new work units. I am not seeing issues from my side which is great! Thanks, -Uplinger |

All the ones I received downloaded without any issues. Received a couple on my 1 remaining windoze 32 bit host and they seem to be progressing fine, albeit much slower than the Linux 64 bit host.

Yeah, I'm guessing that your 32bit host will probably run for about the 5-6 hour range for that workunit. The machines that ran slow in my testing are pretty old.
Thanks, -Uplinger |

Based on the percentages that I see so far on the 4 tasks that I got, it looks like mine will run in the 3.5 hour range. Using Win 10 and 64 bit.

Will there be more batches or is 1 batch of 1100 it?

In theory we will have more than 1 batch. NEED to test the asyncre against multiple batches. Also, we will be having children work units being created also. So, 1100 work units is definitely not going to be all. But to start with it is plenty for some of the initial test cases.

Based on the percentages that I see so far on the 4 tasks that I got, it looks like mine will run in the 3.5 hour range. Using Win 10 and 64 bit. The average I saw over about 700 results in alpha was that 1.8 hours. So, 3.5 hours is within reason for this. Thanks, -Uplinger |
