Hey,
I'm a little intrigued. Are there a lot more WUs for linux or a lot more WUs per host on Linux?

Threadwise, I run about 40% linux, but with this Beta I have been getting about 2 windows WUs but 90 linux ones!

Beta is set to run on all of my profiles too.

I run 64 bit on all my machines if that helps.

Seeing the same thing here FWIW. Linux hosts getting proportionally way more than windoze.

Re: FightAIDS@Home - Phase 2 - AsyncRE - Beta Test Oct 20, 2016 [ Issues Thread ]

I've noticed that the Estimated Computation Size is the same 55,976 GFLOPs for all these beta units, even though they have 10k, 20k or 50k steps. I guess it doesn't affect the result for each unit, but it does affect BOINC's estimate of Progress and Remaining time. Is there a technical reason for fixing the GFLOPs figure in this way?

I had three units which all ran smoothly simultaneously on a an older 4 core AMD with 4g memory under Win 7. Start stop - no problems.
Cheers

I was just noticing that the percent complete is way off too. I have 4 that are less than 10 minutes time remaining, yet are showing about half of the proper percentage. They all have 47,717 GFLOPS rather than 55,976 GFLOPs.

Cheers coffee
