i really hate to give stefan the chance to gain on me C'mon, it stays in the family  since stefan was kind enough to share the marks about dual core htt machines with vm emulation, i will soon be back running at speeds i never dreamed of  You're welcome, I love competition  Tell us how it works out for you!parmesian, take care and all the best to anybody in Rita's direction. ---------------------------------------- Sorry I haven't been my usual ebullient self this week. I've never been up such a steep learning curve at the start of a new job. This week I've soaked up the whole network infrastructure of the largest cable network in the UK. Next week I hope to be doing something useful  This time I’ve logged in and I’m back at P 1000 exactly Let's see if we can make it 50 Million on Saturday Night (In the UK  )I've been watching Rita today heading inland through the satellite pictures that are available on the internet my thoughts and prayers are with those in Texas and the surrounding Gulf Coast. It's a small world, we now have team mates and friends from right around the world. The communications we now take for granted have brought us all much closer together. Let's hope this Hurricane doesn't inflict the same damage as Katrina. Don't go switching off Climate Modelling will one day be one of the tasks that the World Community Grid can take on.
