I've got one WU which is about to exceed 12 hours of processing and the remaining time seems to gradually increment. At this time it shows 2:59 left.
----------------------------------------The progress has been set to around 48% - 49% since I noticed it this morning, it was at around 8 hours of processing at that time. BETA_MCM1_0000218_8974_0 Is there anything I can provide? Or anything else?  |

Hello wayliff,
So far my longest MCM lasted for 18 and 1/4 hours. So there is probably nothing wrong with your Beta. Just a long work unit. Lawrence |

Some long running workunits are expected as long as you continue to see the percent complete incrementing and it is below 100%. If you see a long running workunit that shows 100% complete and it continues to run please post the stderr for that one. To obtain stderr for a running workunit you will have to find the slot directory where it is running and copy the contents of the file stderr.txt.

Finally went home and was able to check "suspend/resume" button with LAIM off:
----------------------------------------- Win 7 SP1 64-b, i7-3770, 7.0.64: both 218 (long WU's) and 400 (short WU's) batches resumed on latest checkpoint after Suspend as well as after PC restart. - Mac OS X Mavericks, i5-2500S, 7.0.65: also both 218 and 400 batches resumed fine after Suspend and after restart. Restart included the PRAM and VRAM reset (just to be thorough  ).All the best  ETA1: so far I have gotten 55 WU's for 12 CPU threads: - 12 In progress - 0 Errors - 14 PVal's - 27 Valids - 0 Invalids - 2 PVer's ETA2: I have received the first long units today early morning UTC with 1 day deadline: intention, or mistake by techs? ETA3: checkpoints worked fine also after reinstall of BOINC on my Mac  Crunching@Home since January 13 2000. Me brand new crunching tool got out of nowhere 5 beta of batch 0000400. Unbeknownst to me, I was booting the heck out of the device [tedious to install all new and make the box feel like the ol desktop], so they sure had their restart workout.
