Nevertheless, other BOINC projects share more information with their community and that brings them closer together. At WCG, there are few scientists interacting with volunteers, but the staff like techs/admins only seldom.
----------------------------------------I'm missing more interaction between WCG staff and the community here. |

Hopefully with the results of the WCG study that will change. AMD Ryzen 5 1600AF 6C/12T 3.2 GHz - 85W AMD Ryzen 5 2500U 4C/8T 2.0 GHz - 28W AMD Ryzen 7 7730U 8C/16T 3.0 GHz |

Originally it was on August 4 "2.5 weeks +/- 1 week". I've noted for myself that some content of the study update could have been written earlier, but since it's the last 'published' word, we take that as the fait du jour reference, also noting that 'fall' for meteorologist and climatologists starts on September 1 ;P

Hi everyone, to ease speculation.. yes we're still on track to launch our next cancer project in (hopefully early) fall. We're currently in alpha testing and will release to beta once we're ready. Yes, although it's a cancer project from the same scientific team as HCC, it uses a completely different line of research and is therefore a brand new project and not a continuation of HCC. Yes, we will launch on CPU first with potential for Android later and maybe even GPU some time in the future.

I always thought I know the meaning of "later than". How wrong I was [/OT] Cheers Crunching@Home since January 13 2000. Hello Jhindo,
thank you very much for you update, we all are really looking forward the new project. It will bring some new fresh blood here. I'm really pleased that it is researched by HCC team, they proven that they know what are they doing. |
