Good Morning All. A teleconference sounds like a really good idea - only need to sort out the time zones (I'm GMT - 4h). I guess an evening would be better for you (working) guys. I'm pretty flexible but bandwidth may be an issue for me. I'm supposed to have 5Mb connection but it rarely reaches that.
----------------------------------------P.S. Another milestone!!!!!! My 400th post!

Good morning all.
----------------------------------------Just had a surreal moment. I've been admiring a rather nice Subaru WRX, which parks outside the adjoining office unit, for some time. As I walked into the office this morning, the driver of said WRX was just getting out. He said "Hello Dave", followed shortly by "You don't remember me, do you?". To cut a long story short, it transpires that it was someone I worked with sometime between 1988 and 1990. He was pretty much unrecognisable (being bald and ~50, rather than dark haired and mid-20's), but clearly he recognised me. It's a small world, and I now feel in a mild state of shock. I emailed a couple of mates I'm still in touch with from that time... one of them had no recollection whatsoever, whereas the other one could remember him, his girlfriend (later wife), his car, her driving style, the fact that his dad supplied a load of wood for the team bonfire... Memory is a strange thing.

Good Morning All. Damp day today but no sign of a drop in temperature yet (or humidity for that matter). Has anyone seen any working CEP Betas yet? out of about 74 WUs I have only 4 valid (completed) results.
----------------------------------------Dave it is really weird who you bump into from your past life. I had a similar experience in Andorra when I was coming back from a skiing holiday and the bus stopped for a comfort break for 30 minutes. I (literally) bumped into an ex colleague that I hadn't seen for 10 years who worked with me in Kazakhstan. Small world!

Good morning team.
I 've had one where someone come up to me who clearly knows me but I only recognise the voice, but not face or remember the name. |
