Good Morning Team. It's still dark here - I got up for Free Practice 3 for the F1 GP at Monza - Italy. I'm rooting for Lewis Hamilton as usual.

Morning team. Back on the forum after a while off. I'm not a big contributor, but I got a lot of nice comments after my wife passed away with cancer 9 weeks ago. I was just about getting myself back into some semblance of mental shape, and I've gone and ruptured my achilles tendon (that will teach me to think that nice social things like playing badminton would be good for me).
----------------------------------------So that's 10 weeks minimum in plaster... so I might be spending a lot of time on the Internet! It's either that or Jeremy Kyle. Hopefully, if I don't get forced to work from home, I might be able to finish the online stats generator I started some time ago too.

Welcome back dcrobinson. I'm glad your life is moving forward and that you are coming to terms with your loss. Look at the enforced leisure as a bonus. If you can build the stats generator, even better. Just relax, lay back and for goodness sake don't get addicted to Jeremy Kyle.

Afternoon all.
----------------------------------------Good to see you back in the forum DCR and wish you a speedy recovery from your ouch inducing injury. Hopefully back on your feet and raring to go again soon. There's always a virtual comfy chair and pouffe to rest you foot on so drop by and let us know how it's going. You'll may pick up some gardening or cookery tips from RTS48, who is turning into our resident Delia Smith/Monty Don  This forum is much safer for your sanity than Jeremy Kyle!! I'll leave you to the F1 though RTS, not a fan but a couple of the programmers at work are avid fans, sometimes getting or staying up until silly o'clock in the morning to watch. And of course a huge congratulations to the team for the 3billion point total. Thanks to all members both past and present  Now that lunch has been consumed it's time for me to do the housework. Tatty byes for now. |

Welcome back DCR, You may as well put your feet up and relax. I broke my femur a few years ago, and could do little else, really got into Movies big time.
----------------------------------------RTS48, I'm an F1 fan as well but lately I enjoy endurance racing more as well as the Aussie V8 Supercars series and the BTCC. WEC and Le Mans is my favourite of course. My production has taken a dive as I'm doing some video work but it will be back up to par soon.
