Re: Good morning everyone

I too stayed up Rod to watch the practices on Sky Sports F1, and was disappointed with the lack of running, to say the least. There was a hospital nearer (5 minutes away) but it wasn't approved by the FIA... I hope they get it sorted out for the rest of the sessions...

Re: Good morning everyone

Evening peeps,

I've had man flu for the past 3 weeks, had a course of antibiotics but it did not help, coughing up huge amounts of flem. With all the retching my back and chest are on fire, All 3 of us got this flu, and we were inoculated as well. I think I have lost nearly 20 pounds in weight which is not a bad thing I guess but I am very weak, a short drive to Sainsburys (7 miles) really tired me out and made me very sore again.

On a good note, my main machine has been on 24/7 as I can't sleep properly, end up getting up twice nightly so just left it running,

You have my sympathies DMNI - I can't rememnber the last time I was ill (apart from the self inflicted hangover of course). I wish I could give you some advice but I guess it is just our genetics which makes some more susceptible than others. As far as I am concerned I am on bonus time at the moment. Neither of my parents lived to see their 60th birthdays and here I am only 18 months away from 70 (and I feel about 45!). I'm back on a bicycle and putting in a few km every day to get my artificial hip used to the different movements. I'll probably go out in a blaze of glory under some badly driven Bolivian lorry!

Re: Good morning everyone

Lewis Hamilton is on pole (China F1)! Valteri Bottas missed the second slot by .001 s to Seb Vettel. If it is wet tomorrow it will be an epic race!

Re: Good morning everyone

Good morning all and especially to Tom who has just watched Lewis Hamilton winning the Chinese F1 GP. Early days yet for a prediction but Lewis seemed to have everything under control. Fourth championship maybe? I can only keep my fingers crossed.

Re: Good morning everyone

Thanks for your sympathies Rod, I'm just moaning, never really been sick much either, cuts, broken bones, punctured organs, by the plenty, but actual diseases, other than colds nothing.

I do have some advice for you though, stay off the Yungas Road :)
Got to be crazy to drive that, even in good weather.

That's weird. The contact form seems to work OK for me (testing it from my work computer), on both http and https. If someone else could try it I'd appreciate it. Just email by using dave@36arn.co.uk if you have further problems.
What seems to be the problem with sidale, Apis Tintinnambulator?
