OK, so why has Facebook suggested that I know Rod Peel (aka RTS48), whose profile picture shows a handsome young chap wearing a Guinness tee-shirt and brandishing a pint of beer? I'm genuinely intrigued.

Good afternoon all, I hope everyone is keeping well. Any ideas when summer is going to reach the North East of England? Apparently on a Saturday, crooks_uk! http://newsthump.com/2016/04/28/newcastle-sum...year-confirms-met-office/

Evening all.
----------------------------------------No sign of summer down here in the South West either, hopefully we'll get some soon! Just grabbed bronze for Zika today (completes the badge set that I can possibly have) so full steam ahead on MCM, lets see how far we can get before the project finishes. |

I'm genuinely intrigued. That is interesting Dave because I haven't had (or possibly haven't seen) a suggestion to link with you. I'm sure that we have exchanged emails at some time so facebook has trawled through your contacts. Yes that handsome 'young' chap is me 2 or 3 years ago in 'La Casona' in Santa Cruz. The fact that I am pushing 70 seems to have escaped your notice! (or perhaps I am well pickled in alcohol!). By all means friend me in Facebook - you will find that I have friends from all over the world in nearly all continents (no one from the Antipodes or Antarctica yet). On to more interesting news, HST1 have withdrawn their WU engine for OSX until they have sorted the validation issues. Good news! I'm on to 100% ZIKA so watch out for the badges arriving.

I don't think we've ever exchanged emails Rod. I habitually store everything, and I've searched my email repository and haven't found anything. The nearest I think is that I searched for you on LinkedIn once (I like to spy on the people I'm corresponding with online, to help avoid upsetting them... although I'm not all that successful!).

Good Morning All
----------------------------------------Ah super sleuth DC - AKA Dave Robinson has tracked me down on Linkedin - all my deepest dark secrets are laid bare in cyber space! As I'm on FB too there is no change there then! On the crunching front, I have temporarily lost my patience with HST1 and am going 100% for ZIKA until the techs get HST1 sorted. 151 points (an Invalid) for 24 hours of CPU time has reduced my average by nearly 15% so the ZIKA should help me recover it. A couple of weeks should see some new badges.
