Re: Good morning team

Ahhh Dave, not Nico's day I'm afraid and his time penalty demoted him to third. Still - he should take comfort from the fact that if his team had not told him what to do he would have scored no points at all as he said he was ready to park the car. A good race, quite a bit of action although I feel that the result was a foregone conclusion given that LH headed all of the FP sessions, qualification and the race even though it was a small solace to Nico that he did get the fastest lap. Strangely - Alonso got the second fastest lap ahead of Lewis.

I haven't got round to watching the after-race interviews yet. As usual though, Nico was not quite as fast as Lewis. He's the equivalent of Massa to Schumacher, or Coulthard to Hakkinen.

Anyway, who cares about the F1? I won the office Euros sweepstake, so I'm £49 better off biggrin

Re: Good morning team

Nico does not seem to be a confident driver in the rain.
Good race though, entertaining.

Re: Good morning team

Good evening all. £49 on the office sweepstakes eh Dave. The drinks are on you then!

On a more serious note - is anyone having trouble with HST1? I got a bunch of WUs of the 'new' 'improved' variety (7.22 I think) and all predicted a 4h crunch time. HA! each took 24 hours and went straight to PVe Jail. Points haul for these WUs (assuming they verify OK) - 151 to 161 points. I'm seriously considering dumping them and waiting until they get their ducks in a row.

Sadly Rod I've just bought my newly qualified 18yo daughter a car. £49 covers about 10 days insurance.
According to my surprisingly reliable stats , HSTB has always been a relatively poor points payer, but it sounds like there are even more issues yet to be resolved.
On the subject of stats, today Barnsley_Tatts will be celebrating 25 years of run time, and TomNuttall will be celebrating 75 million points applause
