Re: Good morning team

Ah - the theory that if you are continually drunk, you never get a hangover. Must try it some day!

Re: Good morning team

Hello there, thank you for welcoming me!

The only thing to cure a hangover is more alcohol I find!

The morning after I usually vow never to touch the stuff again, Brad94.
Actually, I think this morning my main problem was the spicy food, and staying up until 1:30am putting the world to rights. I'm not used to such hedonism smile

I forgot earlier to congratulate reduk on the fantastic Diamond 10 for FAAH2. Another fine achievement.

Re: Good morning team

I notice my stats page is reporting that we will overtake team BOINC@Poland for runtime in 39870 days (109 years). I think perhaps I might need to make a few adjustments to the display of the information biggrin

Re: Good morning team

As a Uni student it's a legal requirement for me to be continually drunk!

Spicy food, what type? I can never have enough Indian food personally.

Now I'm being a detective Brad94 but probably following the wrong leads...

Let's see - User name Brad94 - Student - permanently drunk - likes curry. You wouldn't by any chance be studying Civil Engineering at Bradford University in Yorkshire would you?

I studied Chem Eng there from 1967 to 1972 and never met a sober Civ Eng student! (mind you I didn't meet many sober Chem Eng students either)

Re: Good morning team

Sadly that couldn't have been farther from the truth! I commend your detective work though RTS48!

Studying what I say is Computer Science to everybody as people know what that is, but the course is actually called Web Technologies. A subset of Computer Science focusing on the Web.

It is also not Bradford University - a good 200 odd miles away to the South. I just Google'd myself with the information you have plus which University I go to and one of my profiles were in the top 5 of the results (oh I love the Web!). Thus, I will refrain giving that portion of information for now...!

Back onto the subject of alcohol. Chemical Engineering definitely sounds like a course where alcohol is needed to get through it! I don't know any sober students or lecturers for that matter. Which is slightly worrying.

Good morning team

Good morning everyone. smile

Welcome to Brad94, good to see you. Also good to see others who sometimes mix up Computer Science with getting Chemixed. Nothing better. biggrin

Wasn't it called "Alchemy" back in those days, Rod?

I'm guessing (and it really is a guess) Brad94 is Bradley Pollard?
I'm officially a Software Engineer, but that usually gets blank looks, so I tell them I'm a computer programmer (which in reality is nearer the truth).
