Re: Good morning team

Thanks, I think I will switch to MCM.
Would like to get a Diamond badge for it.

My wife is in hospital with gal-stones, hopefully will be home tomorrow.
There is a 1.5 year waiting list for the operation to remove her gal-bladder.

Re: Good morning team

Greetings, new user here, joined today 7/4/16 and have boinc running on 3 machines, mapping cancer markers for the time being.

Don't know how I didn't discover this years ago frankly but I'm here now and will have at least one machine running 24/7.

Looking forward to getting to know people here, you seem a friendly crowd.

Re: Good morning team

Welcome to the team Paul_D. Be careful, it's addictive biggrin

Have a look at my stats page if you get the chance. You won't figure in all of the stats until you've been in the team for at least a week though, but hopefully you'll soon be climbing up the rankings.

Good morning all and a special welcome to Paul D

Yes we are a friendly team and discussions here are not solely limited to crunching. I, like you, only discovered the team after a couple of years crunching WCG (previously about 5 or 6 years with SETI). I discovered this forum even later (more's the pity).

Enjoy your time with us and thanks (in advance) for your contribution to the greatest team in the UK. Spread the word!

Re: Good morning team

Welcome to the team, Paul_D! biggrin

I joined the team back in 2012, I believe it was, after originally doing seti@Home and United Devices in university at the end of the 1990's, wish I'd continued with general crunching after university as I only really re-joined more recently.
