For now, WCG will only let you have one beta task per core per project. On 7.2.6 I can run 7 betas at a time (all SN2S) though my phone only has 1 core. But wus will apparently take 24h+ to finish so changed the setting back Having too many CPUs running was caused by a problem with 7.2.6 which was trying to fix another problem. Rom Walton has posted the following in Google Groups: I just deployed 7.2.7 which backed out a change that was made to try a new way of detecting the CPU count. We should see the same behavior going forward as we had in 7.2.5 an older builds. We will revisit the CPU count issue after the public launch on Monday. ----- Rom  |

Every WU i complete seems to go invalid but i'm not noticing anything that looks like an error in the results log. One example:

The betas are running successfully on my Galaxy S3 and Droid X (which I pulled out of the drawer for this). It would be very helpful to have them named something besides "localhost" to be able to differentiate between devices.

I’m still receiving the occasional odd BETA SN2S workunit, in addition to the FAHV ones. It’s good to see “real” work being done on the tablet.
