The exact quote, on April 1 2013, was:
Based on current estimates, there is now approximately 25 days of new work remaining for the Help Conquer Cancer project. Once all new work has been sent out for the project, only resend work units will be available (work units not previously computed correctly or on time). This leads me to believe that we'll run out of new work around 4/25/2013, and then have several days of resends. I appear to still be receiving work, as of this point, 4/15/2013. |

I just received the following messages from a work fetch, which leads me to believe we may have exhausted the sending of "new work", and are currently processing "resend work on a per-platform basis".
So... make sure your GPUs are setup to work on other projects! HCC CPU WUs are still available as of 20:40 UTC! It's probably just a temporary shortage in the GPU feeder which has happened several times in the past few days.

I have no clue on how the days remaining are calculated. According to this chart: http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q210/Sekerob/WCGYearsPi1Project.png
----------------------------------------as of April 16, we are doing .33% per day and have completed 89.12%. It shows 10 days remaining. Shouldn't it be ~33 days remaining? |

You guys are right, it was probably a temporary shortage in the GPU feeder (per my messages of a subsequent work fetch, below)

Are people increasing their caches? My pages of PVs have double in the last day or so!

What are PVs? I presume "Pending Validations"? I don't really keep tabs on them.
----------------------------------------Regarding cache settings, to be fair for other users, I am not increasing my cache settings. I'm using what I always use. To assure I get maximum GPUGrid bonuses, while maintaining project variety while work is being done, while not putting undue stress on any project servers... Shouldn't it be ~33 days remaining? The chart is not showing the correct percentage complete. Assuming no more work is added there is 11 days remaining so I am predicting that all the new work will be send out by 28/4/13  |
