HCC GPU Beta Test 9/5/2012 Post problems here

Thought we needed a thread for todays beta test to report issues.

I had 3 errors all on 1 machine. All said the GPU could not be identified.
Here's the last few lines of the error report.

</app_init_data>
INFO: gpu_type not found in init_data.xml.
INFO: GPU device not specified in init_data.xml. Checking Commandline.
ERROR: GPU device not specified in init_data.xml or on command line. Exiting.
04:50:58 (2176): called boinc_finish

</stderr_txt>
]]>

After looking through some of my result logs I also saw numerous wingmen with this error.

I have 33 errors and from what I can gather, they all have the issue where it can't detect the GPU. That said, no invalids so that's something positive.

My poor little 5450 got 8--6 invalid and 2 pending verification.

All of the invalids were similar:

Re: HCC GPU Beta Test 9/5/2012 Post problems here

I have several. The first two have sat at 0,1,or 2 seconds remaining for the past 5 minutes.

The device # indicator shows then blanks out then shows?
