14 more errors with the latest WUs. Again, can't find GPU. No invalids though.

Re: HCC GPU Beta Test 9/5/2012 Post problems here

I received a total of 28 in at least three different groups starting from about 12 hours ago until now. I am running two Radeon HD 7770s on a P45 motherboard with an E8400 Core2 Duo (3 GHz), with nothing overclocked (Win7 64-bit and BOINC 7.0.33 x64). 25 of the work units completed successfully and all but one have been validated. 3 of the work units have the GPU identification error, which are all the same.

Same problem here on a HD5870.

Ditto on an nVidia GTX-460, with the following seen from earlier in the day in my Messages:

05-Sep-2012 14:16:53 [World Community Grid] Aborting task BETA_X0000038191357200409181611_0: exceeded elapsed time limit 9841.25 (276299.83G/28.08G)

The current workunit just reached 99.415% and the GPU fan-speed has dropped off back to almost idling, so it doesn't appear to be doing anything...

Re: HCC Beta Test 9/5/2012 Post problems here

apologies for sounding like a scratched record but...

It is still doing it

The stuttering and juddering of anything on the screen including the mouse movements

A nvidia_hcc1 work unit renders a 6 Core 1055T and 4Gb of Ram with a GeForce GTX 560 Ti on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit version ... into a quivering wreck

Dave

(I'll switch the WU's back on, not possible to type with one running, and see if they complete - As ever I will say this is not seen on GPUGrid's Cuda 3.1 and 4.2 Work Units which run at up to 95% utilisation)

Running very smooothly with no abnormal issues. Can't even tell they're running. Just the occasional error wu (about 5-10% of wu)

Re: HCC Beta Test 9/5/2012 Post problems here

Just noticed something unusual. I have 2 machines that are running other GPU apps but received none of the betas. I have a profile set to receive HCC tasks with the run CPU tasks option set to no. I would have thought that I would receive GPU tasks with that profile setting but I didn't.
