I have all 4 beta WUs showing an ERROR result for one computer. WUs are still in progress for another computer and I have successful completion for WUs which have run on my laptop. Do I need to be concerned? For one of the error WUs, the result log follows:

dkt, on the computer which all the WU's have errored, check your AV software, as you may find (as I did), that the program has been quarantened - thus, not allowing the WU's to process normally. If you do find this, then manually 'Okay them' so as to allow them to run in future.

Received 32 with no problems. Couldn't babysit them to shut the PC down in between the other wu's crunching. Only using MSE.

Received 4 of those, I did shut down normally Windows several times, no issues, already validated.

Work units with the Atom ## does not exist or is not found are issues with the ligands. These are new ligands that I pulled for testing, they had not gone through a pre screening thus causing the issues. This type of error is found before we send them into production with a quick test of the ligands on the backend.
So, in short, these errors are known and are nothing to worry about as in production they are handled and not sent out to the grid. Thanks, -Uplinger |
