Good Morning Team Congratulations to PohSoon! I second that comment about the sauna being potentially dangerous. Please be careful. This circus side show that I call a business is a incessant enigma. Work comes out of nowhere and then disappears just as fast. People are incredibly fickle. For the first time in 14 years I had a client (and not a small one) "stiff" me. They have ignored their invoice and gone silent. On the other hand, I have new business to keep me busy. Everyone have a Great Day This fine 4th day of 2012! One of your friends in the Great State of Texas. ![]() ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by RT at Jan 4, 2012 2:57:09 PM] |

Thanks for all the warnings about the sauna. I do have a full glass of water when I start a session and it is empty about 3/4 of the way through the session. I am being very careful in how I use it since I want the sweat to help remove toxins from my system for which I use an EDTA cream five days a week.
----------------------------------------RT, good luck with collecting for the work you do. [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Jan 5, 2012 3:18:33 AM] |

Good Morning Team Here we are on the fifth day of 2012 and a fine if brisk day it is here in "North" Texas. I would like to offer my congratulations to Judson, Coingames and Lanscader on their milestones!!! On the company that did not pay their bill, luckily it was not a large bill and all I had in it was labor so I guess they need the money more than I do. Other cheek turned. Hey dkt. Good thing I don't have any toxins in my body There are none in Chinese food, Mexican food, BBQ, Red Wine from California, Coffee from Columbia or Whiskey from Scotland are there? All you good people doing this fine work should reward yourself with having a great day today. I am certain you deserve it. RT, I would not count on there not being any toxins in the food you mention and they can come from different sources. The ones I am thinking about are toxic metals. I got an email from Dr. Nan Fuchs who says
----------------------------------------"And for years I've been encouraging my patients to detox their bodies. As you may know, there are lots of ways to detox your body... One safe way to detox your body is with colonics. Colonics involve flushing out waste from the lower end of your colon. This helps prevent toxins from building up in your colon. Unfortunately, you need to do it many times to get the greatest benefit. And colonics can be uncomfortable for some people. Another safe way to detox is with saunas. When combined with massage or vigorous exercise, infrared saunas can help your body to sweat out toxins. The great thing about saunas is that they are enjoyable; the drawback is that it takes a long time to sweat out the toxins. You have to have two saunas per week. And that can get very expensive." She is recommending an oral detox solution called modified citrus pectin (either she or the company that pays her) which is not supposed to have any bad affects. Since I bought the sauna and had it installed, it is not difficult for me to have two saunas every week. If you want, I could forward the email to you. I also get Retirement Millionaire who's editor, Dr. David Eifrig, provides an annual “12 Ways to Improve Your Health” list. This year the last item on the list if fruit and included is information about the downside: "So what’s the downside? Well, as long as you stick to whole and dried fruits, you’re probably OK. The danger is when you start taking in juices of all kinds. You may have read about the arsenic problems with apple and grape juices this summer – confirmed recently by several independent researchers. Arsenic and other heavy metals, like lead, easily concentrate in juices through their water sources." [Edit 2 times, last edit by Former Member at Jan 5, 2012 7:27:59 PM] |
