Re: "The survivors"

I had that (Melanoma?) thing removed today.
It took 10 stitches to close it.
Can't tell you how much I dislike having something cut out.
But on the other hand it is much better than the alternative.

Re: "The survivors"

If the definition of insanity is "doing something over and over and expecting a different outcome"; then I have a candidate.
A Robin has been sitting on the mirror of my pickup and repeatedly trying to fly into the truck's closed passenger window.
This goes on for hours each day.
I really wouldn't care except that between break-in attempts the bird is using the mirror for a toilet.
I'll have to wait for Psycho Robin to give up before washing the mirror.

Ah ha! There's your problem - you wash your cars!
I've found if you leave it dirty all the time, nobody can tell when it gets worse. cool

Re: "The survivors"

I am just going to wash the mirror because it looks like a flock of seagulls used it for a restroom.
I did not see Psycho Robin today but I'm going to give it a few days to be sure.
The truck is so high I can't reach the hood or roof without a ladder.
The rest of the truck will have to take care of itself for now.

Spring usually requires cleaning the driveways and the deck so it won't be long until the 4000 PSI pressure washer is fired up.
That is a good time to do the truck.

Re: "The survivors"

Here in Georgia it has been trying to snow most of today.
Flurries off and on throughout the day..

In March of 1993 a storm dumped 12 inches of snow here.
So it's not like it can't happen.

Here in South Carolina we're trying to enjoy our spring.

Can you Georgians please refrain from passing on the high winds and cold temps?

eh? biggrin

We can't stop the earth from rotating or stop weather from moving west to east.
However, we can make great BBQ.

Re: "The survivors"

I will be very happy when it finally gets warm and stays warm. This spring has been too cold for too long (here in North Carolina).

I just passed 20 years crunching for The survivors! Whoohoo! biggrin

Never depend on a groundhog for your weather forecast.

Congratulations on your 20 years crunching. smile
