@herna. Yup - it is. Guess I don't need to announce it now.
This is causing some nice load on the servers as well. We've seen as high as 320Mbps and they are doing fine. They are about 20% sent out at this time. |

Did not see it happen, but the message log says that a request was honored with 4 at 23:18 CET and finished the stack of files at 23:19... that was on Linux with Wifi power management off. All 4 are of the ''pc'' type planned for 4:45 hours... think that's kind of the going time in production. Pretty good tuning by the techs.

Got 1 per core (spread over 5 CPUs) and the downloads I saw were very fast.

long long time since I ran DDDT2, is it supposed to show 0% progress for a long time (almost 20 mins)?

First checkpoint taking a long time is normal, until then progress is 0%.
8 out of my 10 jobs have reached their first checkpoint. I guess these jobs won't return as errors. |

Picked up 31 so far. Looks like the Validator kicked in and pushed the PV-V queue along. While a few of my systems still have some Betas in stock, I could do with feeding a new system, so hopefully a few more will come it's way overnight.
These first checkpoints are quite long but I have a few between 25% and 50% now. Was getting concerned for a while. GL |

Downloaded 2 ok on 1 machine, and 3 on another, but I got the following on the 4th that tried to download on my quad:
----------------------------------------Wed 13 Jul 2011 05:49:42 PM CDT World Community Grid [error] File BETA_dg01_a_g09_a081_to_a090_typeC_dg01_a089_dg01_phi_18.dat.gzb has wrong size: expected 15039346, got 16693240 Wed 13 Jul 2011 05:49:42 PM CDT World Community Grid [error] Checksum or signature error for BETA_dg01_a_g09_a081_to_a090_typeC_dg01_a089_dg01_phi_18.dat.gzb Here's some followup: This error has also occurred on this WU to 5 wingmen; there are 2 copies "in progress." After this one errored, my quad got one more DDDT2 beta to complete the "one per core." [Edit 1 times, last edit by kateiacy at Jul 13, 2011 11:07:52 PM] |
