I am hoping it will produce like I expect. MB is on back order and am concerned it will not be filled. Ordered from Tiger and was under the impression it was in stock but was not. Will try to be patient. The team is firming up nicely with lots of significant contributors, way to go team. |

They have several listed..in case you want to cancel the other and order anew. The memory finally came for the litte puppy (Now named Bilbo as in Bilbo Baggans from Lord of the Rings) and it is up and running. So quiet you have to try to hear it. |

 Good Morning MOT I spent most of yesterday outside taking advantage of the "Indian Summer". Not sure where that phrase came from but will Google it later. Anyway the weather for the past two days has been great and I have been working on in my yard to savor it. Today is a little cooler but the forcast for the next week is dismal so I will get out as much as I can before it turns off cold. Little Bilbo has got me a bit confused. That is the 1.8Ghz Atom Dual core. Boinc seems to think that there is HyperThreading or something there because he wants to run 4 jobs at once. I have not dug into this much, I need to because I think it overcommits on memory introducing paging and perhaps other negatives and so reduces throughput. I set it to use only the two real cores till I get it figured out. That is for a cold day like tomorrow or Monday. Hope all are happy as Dubby and as healthy as possible. Keep on Crunching! |

Now that we have a week's worth of numbers, it looks like dkt will hit their first MOT million very early in February and is looking at a possible 11 million point year. Very nice work! We'll still have a second millionaire in early spring too in pramodp. While it's still VERY early, we're already on a 632K+ pace which translates into a 230 million point year. Looking like a REALLY NICE start to the year for the team!
----------------------------------------On an unrelated note, the weather forcast here for Sunday overnight and all day Monday is for snow and ice all the way into south Georgia near Florida. No telling what that will mean in the way of power outages but it may be prudent for someone to be ready to grab the Monday EOD stats as a backup just in case. BTW, great milestone yesterday Judson. Gotta love those nice big round numbers!  |
