Scary fast! You must be leaving a huge thermal footprint.

Has the snow melted around you now that your engines are running full throttle?

Re: flagU.S. Air Force Team-Come fly with usflag

How did you guess that. wink
You are absolutely right. No more snow for miles around. Btw external temps are dangerously high at the moment, they mask my engine thermal footprint. I forgot to tell but afterburner is off and I am in supercruise stealth mode. I use a special exhaust gas dilution mode. Should be ok. biggrin

Re: flagU.S. Air Force Team-Come fly with usflag

Here is the promised chart update. the numbers are accurate through 15jan2011. I went back to 01dec2010 so we can see how far we have come since we started our serious pursuit of the navy. It looks like we will put all the other branches behind us by 22jan2011.

Hi U.S.Air Force team!! In my late night surfing stumbled across your thread and thought you might like some minor assistance in the quest. USAF '63-'67 (yes, Orville was in my Lackland flight biggrin ). Good hunting and may the best branch prevail!

Re: flagU.S. Air Force Team-Come fly with usflag

Nice graphing parmesian, makes it easy to see the progress. I like the part where the line flys over the rest of them the best. biggrin

wplachy, it's been a couple of years since you were in. Any help is much appreciated, and we never consider any of the help "minor". It all adds up to a nice number when you work as a team. smile

Some of us still fly biplanes and others like hypernova have the latest in deep black aircraft that defy modern physics. cool

Lost my wingman. Where is Iceman. I have stabilized at 60'000 feet. Black over, Blue under, horizon curved. Nice view.
