Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

By rdmalmst DDDT Scientist: "In short “ts” is for Test Set and “dg” is for Delta G, as in Gibb’s free energy. The “dg” work are the “production” work units representing work being moved forward for phase 1 of this project in to phase 2."

I now have a DG WU -

Project Name: Discovering Dengue Drugs - Together - Phase 2 (Type A)
Created: 2/28/11
Name: dg01_a291_ps0000

And the time for completion is 46:35:23 with elapsed time 03:05:56, and 20.6% complete. From what I have read, the target for completion is way off base since most complete is less than 20 hours. This is running on my ThinkPad and I will keep an eye on it to make sure it progresses with no problem.

This WU is a repair and the wingman completed in 7.92 hours. I have until 3/9/11 to complete, but it looks like the WU will be valid in less than 8 hours.

Edit: I reached 50% completion after running for 06:35:50. I will not complete in the same time as the wingman.

Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

I got 2 DG WUs, both sent to my atom powered netbook... one finished this morning, the other still has about an hour left on it, kicking up to the 75-85 hour range... sorry to whoever the wingman was on these (who finished in about 6 1/2 hours)

It looks like the rain has stopped. Can I get any confirmation?

Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

Thanks. I added HCC, CMD2, and HFCC back into my project list since I only have seven left for DDDT2. I am going to modify my project list again so DDDT2 is the only project.

Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

Rain is going to be pretty constant for the next 2 weeks at least. We have type A's for dg01 processing, dg02 type A in the queue, and ts01 type C still processing. Also, we are going to get the preruns for dg03 and dg04 in the near future as well...which means more type A's in the future. Lots of rain...

uplinger, do you anticipate that this project could leave intermittent state at any point soon?

Pretty unpredictably sernario here like weather forecasting, but hey it keeps thing interesting. Would go for ten years of crunching on this project but too many crunchers still trying to reach the listed badges. I do not want to be a dog in the manger badger!
