I like the metaphore of rain, because Utah is the second dryish state in the US. This is a great rain of DDDT2. I just got my bronze. I'm having no problems keeping my cache full. Maybe I'll get green or blue before the drought comes....

Yesterday I got two repair jobs from the test batch prior to this rain. Apparently two of the wingmen timed out after ten days. And glad that this did not hold up the release of this rain.

Last evening one of my devices ran into a dry spell after crunching ts01_ b127_ pqb001_ 1 so I changed it's profile to grab other WUs. Didn't think this round of DDDT2 was done based on seippel's post. This morning I changed it's profile back to getting DDDT2 only. I'll check it's rain barrel later in the day to see what I caught.

I'm still getting some new ones (not repair jobs), so maybe it was just a dry spell

I'm still getting some new ones (not repair jobs), so maybe it was just a dry spell Same here. We just have to remember that, although it's currently raining, it's not a monsoon - just a slow/steady drizzle... Personally, if it's just the C-types that are coming down the pipeline, I'd like the tap to be opened up a bit - as, after all, there's no further 'D-types' which are awaiting on these C-types finishing, and once everyone's buckets are full, they won't take any more water... Obviously though, if the techs wish to drip feed them, then that's their perogative. ![]() |

Have bowed out of this fetch cycle. Got 21 days in caches needing 19, but given the 'sd' and 'sq' continuing to run 4x faster than predicted took some safety... then it will be green by Friday latest and other sciences getting their boost toward 2 year total which is kind of the minimum aimed for on all active sciences / combined phases. Seems anyhow there's lesser rush this wave. Projected validations for today 21,700, same as Sunday where the previous wave topped at 27,700 per http://bit.ly/WCGDD2

We have made some of the dg01 type A batches available for download as well. In total there are 1843 type A work units which should be loaded into BOINC within the next 8 hours. The final batch for these work units is:
dg01_d_g50_d491_to_d500_typeA The type A work units will start to be sent as soon as they are loaded to reliable computers. Seippel |
