Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

A pleasant surprise. I seem to be getting DDDT2 on all machines in almost equal proportion to the other projects I am currently crunching (CEP2 and C4CW).

One thing weighed will have been the near endless repetitive suction of hosts wanting them, but I'm wildly guessing :D

Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

Yep, something has definitely changed. My 2 machines running DDDT2 that only connect to the net for about 8 hours per night managed to refill their caches (~100 WU each) in less than 2 hours. In the past, they would be lucky to get 2 or 3 WU's per hour. Maybe everyone has stampeded off to HFCC for the final sprint to the finish line? wink I'm just hoping theres a weeks worth of DDDT2 work left so I can make it to 10 years. biggrin

Personally it is the reverse for me. I have switch a couple of machines off of HFCC to a CEP2/DDDT2 mix since I should reach my goal by the end of april (with a several days to spare). Looks like I have a lot of catching up to do on the DDDT2 front since I haven't been crunching that since I got my shappire months ago

Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

DDDT2 WU's seem to be flowing into my machines much more freely today. Anyone else seeing this? Maybe the the feeder priority been increased?

Yes, the feeder was increased a little. We have some more type B work units from the researchers on the way and more prerun work units in the queue...Need to get dg01 and dg02 to typeC then we'll have lots of more work :) Looks like rain storms will be more regular in the coming months.

Enjoy,
-Uplinger

Yes indeed I have also noticed my caches have been filling more regularly over the past few days without "lack of work" messages. Keep the storm coming smile
Looking forward to the Delta-G W/U's.
Edit: added last comment.

Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

Type B's are coming in, I got 3 --

dg01_a475_pe0000_0 est. 10:25
dg01_a477_se0000_0 est. 5:12
dg01_a479_se0000_0 est. 5:12

Again, this machine is a little slow, so your runtime may vary...
