Both modified tasks completed successfull and the files loaded up, but 3 of the 5 files gave signature errors. *_0 (1K) and *_3 (0K) no problem. The 52MB file needed 20 minutes to upload with 43Kbps. To successfull complete all the tasks it's necessary to reduce the size of the result files and/or decrease the number of jobs within 1 WU. Think it best to not mess with task parm values unless under guidance of the technician. Good to see they [silently] responded by increasing the limits. The repair job that had anm original result of 195 executed fine here so suspect it's a particular to some hosts. Had 1 that went on exceed file size after 6.73 hours. With the file size increase the techs will learn how long the longest will run and still remain within that 8 hour cutoff. Not seen anyone posting yet to have hit that limit and what happens... will it complete the job in progress like with RICE/HCMD2 the seeds/positions would do? Some enlightenment from the techs will allow comprehension.

It's a genuine application [parm] fault i.e. Don't Panic Mr Mainwaring. It's not down the tube either since now at larger test scale it's learned how big things can get and however big the result files may get, not noticing anything, largest mem used is 89MB over 259MB for RAM and VM according the Top view. So far the longest run I had on the quad has been 5:46 hours at 2.4 ghz. Only one of 5 had a wingman agreeing and 4 more crunching now. And so, here the confirmation that the -131 is in the credit for error rules list. I got two new BETA-resends. 1 on wingman with error -131 and the other two wingmen with errors -131 and 195. I noticed that for the largest upload files the max_nbytes is doubled by the project. We'll see how they will finish. The two tasks I received this morning (CEST) with the new max_nbytes parameter finished successfull. They are the 1st of the quorum with the pending validation status. The line is here momentarily quite slow, only achieving 45kb upload speed and after 25 minutes only managed to push 73% through of the said 54.53MB file, so sending CEP2 results back is a matter of patience from my corner of the planet.
----------------------------------------Now watch it, for the latest 6.10 clients have bandwidth quota setting capability. For instance if one sets it to 250MB per day, the transmissions stop until the time span has elapsed. I've set it to 0.0... no restrictions! edit: in the end it took 33 minutes to upload or 28.8KB per second.

- BETA_A.20.C15H9N3SSe.4.4 [ ... ] process exited with code 193 (0xc1, -63) This WU from drone0 is a fairly recent. The earlier ones crashed out and were completed successfully by other machines. (I'm betting other types of machines. i.e. P4 and above.) Given that one has to complete a Beta task before being able to get a new one, per core, doubt it. My quad is still receiving 1:1 with normal deadlines and you have to put them manually ahead of the cue to keep the flow going else they end at tail of the cache, whatever the size is, having a 5 day deadline, not getting a rush treatment for most.
----------------------------------------edit: if one task does X jobs and the other Y jobs of the same task, then if quorum 2 is required, it would indeed need a child job going to 2 crunchers and thus like HCMD2 needing host matching to minimize wastage. Or not, if 8 hours is a sweet-point average and not too many have this occurring... again, I'm fine to let it rip as an option... just let them run. No conclusive poll data known if 24/7 crunchers are generally OK with this approach. Then, the techs have not shared what considerations there are in play, so we'll wait and see what percolates through.
