The 8 core chips are only marginally better at crunching than the phenom x6 1100 at stock clocks.

FWIW my prediction that if something like this ever happens it will be challenged and tied up in the courts for years. After that, it won't take long for the hackers to find a way to circumvent it, block it or um, err, there's someone knocking on my door. ![]()
