Bill, have you done the maths - as I'd have expected there to be something like 19 hrs 20 mins added onto your runtime and 360.4 points added to your points total. Mine were, as can be seen here;

I checked before posting. The last time I had anything added to my "Stats by Project - Beta Testing" was 2010-01-09. Nothing since, no time or points.
----------------------------------------Also, since posting last night 3 additional WU's are now in "Too Late" status BETA_ erlc_ a123_ se0000_ 0-- 614 Too Late 1/27/10 16:42:21 1/27/10 22:51:09 3.21 60.6 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a091_ se0000_ 2-- 614 Too Late 1/27/10 16:37:38 1/27/10 22:56:33 3.16 59.6 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a083_ se0000_ 1-- 614 Too Late 1/27/10 16:36:35 1/27/10 23:01:39 3.19 54.4 / 0.0 Strange goings on

yes, indeed.... perhaps due to this being a Beta run (and thus, having different rules to the norm), this is a manual process - and the techs accidently missed some...
----------------------------------------I suppose we'll have to see what the techs say... |

Finally on 4 WU I got three valid and one server aborted.
----------------------------------------And I reached the first major target: 1 Day Run Time on Beta. I expect bronze in 13 WCG days or two years in human terms if all goes well. |

Ok, Nels looked into the credit issue, he said the credit looks straightened out now. Remember these are only for erlc se work units.

Hypernova, keep your hope hight... probably there are at least 3 or 4 Beta tests in the next 6 months, considering that there are some upcoming projects (IADS2, CEP2, DDDT2, etc) this year and with hope until next quarter. So, I guess that all will need some Beta tests... With the word, Mr. Uplinger who could confirm or not (when possible) my bet above...

I don't know if it will be subject to changed later, but just considering that will not: If the CPU Time and Credits was registered for crunchers with erlc se WU's, why not consider a valid/invalid results status to count in the total of the respective cruncher ? Maybe I'm with a wrong assumption, but I guess if will continue appearing status like "Server Aborted" or "Too late" , this Wu's will not be considered as results for the total results amount of crunchers. I'm exactly in this situation too (like others posted above), take a look in the bold ones: Result Name Device Name Status Sent Time Time Due / Return Time CPU Time (hours) Claimed/ Granted BOINC Credit BETA_ erlc_ a079_ se0000_ 3-- GIBAQX9770F Too Late 27/01/10 16:52:19 27/01/10 20:05:04 2.51 52.9 / 52.9 BETA_ erlc_ a080_ se0000_ 3-- GIBAQX9770F Too Late 27/01/10 16:52:19 27/01/10 20:05:04 2.47 52.3 / 52.3 BETA_ erlc_ a081_ se0000_ 3-- GIBAQX9770F Too Late 27/01/10 16:52:19 27/01/10 20:05:04 2.49 52.6 / 52.6 BETA_ erlc_ a004_ se0000_ 1-- AMB Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:24:28 27/01/10 21:49:44 0.03 0.4 / 0.4 BETA_ erlc_ a017_ se0000_ 2-- AMB Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:25:40 27/01/10 21:49:44 0.02 0.2 / 0.2 BETA_ erlc_ a005_ se0000_ 1-- AMB Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:24:28 27/01/10 21:49:44 0.02 0.3 / 0.3 BETA_ erlc_ a093_ se0000_ 0-- GIBAQX9770F Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:37:52 27/01/10 21:41:15 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a077_ se0000_ 1-- GIBAQX9770F Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:35:53 27/01/10 21:41:15 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a038_ se0000_ 0-- GIBAQX9770F Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:29:11 27/01/10 21:41:15 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a047_ se0000_ 2-- GIBAQX9770F Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:30:22 27/01/10 21:41:15 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a025_ se0000_ 0-- GIBAQX9770F Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:26:12 27/01/10 21:41:15 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a181_ se0000_ 2-- GIBAQX9770F Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:48:28 27/01/10 21:41:15 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a063_ se0000_ 1-- GIBAQX9770F Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:32:42 27/01/10 21:41:15 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a163_ se0000_ 0-- GIBAQX9770F Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:46:15 27/01/10 21:41:15 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a156_ se0000_ 1-- GIBAQX9770F Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:45:28 27/01/10 21:41:15 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a138_ se0000_ 2-- GIBAQX9770F Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:43:29 27/01/10 21:41:15 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a137_ se0000_ 1-- GIBAQX9770F Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:43:29 27/01/10 21:41:15 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a064_ se0000_ 2-- GIBAQX9770F Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:32:42 27/01/10 21:41:15 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a112_ se0000_ 2-- GIBAQX9770F Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:41:09 27/01/10 21:41:15 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a018_ se0000_ 1-- AMB Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:25:40 27/01/10 21:49:44 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a074_ se0000_ 0-- AMB Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:34:28 27/01/10 21:49:44 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a113_ se0000_ 2-- AMB Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:41:09 27/01/10 21:49:44 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a179_ se0000_ 1-- AMB Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:48:09 27/01/10 21:49:44 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a191_ se0000_ 1-- AMB Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:50:02 27/01/10 21:49:44 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a196_ se0000_ 1-- AMB Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:50:38 27/01/10 21:49:44 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a211_ se0000_ 2-- AMB Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:52:47 27/01/10 21:49:44 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a098_ se0000_ 0-- AMB Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:38:31 27/01/10 21:49:44 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a043_ se0000_ 0-- AMB Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:29:32 27/01/10 21:49:44 0.00 0.0 / 0.0 BETA_ erlc_ a060_ se0000_ 0-- AMB Server Aborted 27/01/10 16:32:21 27/01/10 21:49:44 0.00 0.0 / 0.0

Thanks for the info/suggestions on the checkpointing. I bumped up the interval and also added a USB flash drive to the system to use with readyboost and it seems to have helped quite a bit. [snip] I'd be interested to know how long that flash drive lasts... they have a finite number of writes, and if you're writing to it every few seconds you might start to notice lower capacity on the flash drive within a few days. |

A question to the Techs: Do you know, if Phase II of DDDT is also designed as a singe replication (zero redundancy) application...???
Could help me to reduce my PV list when the project begins. Really strange, this list has increased extremely within the last days... |
