The following tasks were just aborted by the project, about two hours after starting:

mail is on its way. But it was a bit difficult to retrieve both files because suddenly both WUs were server aborted and I had to restore the slots. And both WUs were restarted. Hope that helps. Matthias |

Almost all of my Betas tasks were just aborted too. My lucky appear be very bad this time. Hope that uplinger fix it.

5 of my 7 Beta units are now server aborted.
I guess we will see another Beta for the Typ B's, won't we? |

Hope that helps. Matthias I have also a lot of aborts- but why a WU like: BETA_erlc_a036_se0000 Wingmen= Pending Validation My is shown as in progress with return time. Was it just the se* WU's that were server aborted?, as I did manage to return one (see below) that has gone into PV, whilst my other se* was server aborted almost straight away.

Got 4 near half way with a couple of hand made stops and starts. Stable, no probs with % or lapsed time / cpu time discrepancies on this alpha client... a double test so to speak.
----------------------------------------On the pe the initial checkpoint takes a bit longer after which they're fairly regular, client restarts thus loosing little progress. ETC about 10 hours on stock Q6600.

I had one of my units error out with "CreateProcess() failed - The paging file is too small for this operation to complete. (0x5af)", but I think that was because I had LAIM (leave application in memory while suspended) checked on that box and suspended other wus to make way for beta wus. Windows went ape. I've unchecked the LAIM flag now I've rebooted...

Matthias I just pressed the 'update'-button on all boxes- the most of my aborted did run without a break or just were untouched in the queue.
