The suffering in the Philippines is/was caused by inadequate shelter in the face of regular tropical storms This will not be changed by you remaining there in the dark. I'll say again Globally Hurricane activity is below average this year This is an observed fact. Not sure what the Washington Post is trying to say but maybe just maybe time travel was after all invented in the 10th Century and the transfer from quill to keyboard was an easy one Who needs a Biro anyway ?
